What should I do if I have agreed with the seller on a different amount?

At Galeria Savaria, you can easily make an offer for an item, therefore, we recommend not to use the messaging system to make an offer in the future. Instead of this, click on the Make an offer button on the item page.

If you have already agreed with the seller in the form of a message on another amount, you have three options to complete the purchasing process in compliance with the rules:

1. Ask the seller to attach an offer to their message
The seller can attach an offer to their message, which works exactly like a traditional, buyer-initiated offer. If a message has an offer attached, the buyer can accept it within the message, but they can also find it in the “My offers” menu. This is a quick and efficient solution for cases where you have agreed with the seller on a different amount and can also be used in case of a fixed price listing. Learn more

2. Ask the seller to change the price
You can ask the seller to change the price of the item to the amount you have agreed on in your messages. Check the price of the item, and if the new amount appears, click on the Buy it now button. Keep in mind that when clicking on this button, you need to follow the required steps to complete the purchase.

3. Make an offer
Making an offer is a solution only if the amount agreed is less than the price of the item. If the user has indicated that they are expecting offers for the item, you can make your offer by clicking on the Make an offer button on the item page. If you cannot find the Make an offer button under the Buy it now button, this means that the seller has not allowed the offer option for the item. In this case, remind the seller to enable this feature.
