What should I do if my item was purchased?

If the item was purchased on Galeria Savaria, we will inform you via the notification channels according to your settings. You can find your items sold on the Sold items page.

Once the purchase is done through Galeria Savaria, partners can find the necessary details to pay and ship the item on the ”Transaction details” page. In addition to this, when you initiate a transactional conversation, you can share any other relevant information with each other and clarify the details of the shipping and payment of the item purchased.

A transactional conversation is an exchange of messages conducted between the seller and buyer concerning an item purchased. The fact that you are participating in a transactional conversation is clearly indicated to you and your partner. Here you can also provide data that is possible only if the conversation is about an already purchased item.

If you find it necessary, you can ask for further contact details of the partner (e.g. email address, phone number) after the purchase. You can do this on the Sold items page, by clicking on the More actions drop-down menu. However, we recommend that you discuss further details of the transaction after the purchase through the safe messaging system of Galeria Savaria. Thus you will not only find the transaction-related messages in one place but you can also ask for the assistance of our customer support if you meet any difficulties during the transaction.

A transaction must always be rated on Galeria Savaria. The feedback submitted is public and appears on the profile page of users. This allows users to find out about the trustworthiness of other members of the community and decide who they want to make a deal with. Remind the seller that reviews are important to you as well, and they should not forget to provide their opinion about you in the form of feedback.

Make sure that your transactions end positively, as the high number of neutral and negative reviews or the failed transactions does not only generate uncertainty in the buyers but also the system of Galeria Savaria may limit the status of users on the basis of these ratings.
