How do reviews work?

Feedback is one of the cornerstones of Galeria Savaria. If you are arranging a transaction, that is, selling or buying through Galeria Savaria, you will receive feedback that appears on your public profile. Reviews allow users to share their opinions and experiences about others and their transactions with other members of the community.

Transactions concluded at the online marketplace are based on trust. Feedback can help to build good reputation at Galeria Savaria and your opinions and experiences described about others can help other members of the community get a picture of the user's reliability.

You can write an opinion about the buyer or seller after concluding the transaction, for which you have to click on Rate my transactions in the Feedback menu. The first question you have to answer in the feedback is whether the transaction has been completed or not.

Depending on whether a sale has been completed or not, you can choose from different options. If the transaction was completed, the rating may be positive, neutral, or negative, and you can describe your opinion in a short comment concerning the transaction, the user, or the item itself, if you were the buyer. The feedback must comply with the feedback guidelines. In order to provide a more detailed picture of the sellers to buyers, users can rate the performance of sellers by giving stars based on 4 aspects. As a seller, for a successful transaction you can only leave positive review.

You cannot subsequently edit a submitted review, but a negative rating can be corrected to positive feedback within 60 days. You have the opportunity to respond to negative or neutral reviews about you, so other members of the community can learn about your view of the transaction as well.

In case of a failed transaction, you do not have to choose from the positive, neutral, or negative ratings but the cause of the failure should be indicated. We find it important to ensure that both the buyers and the sellers can be satisfied with the transactions concluded at Galeria Savaria, therefore, we have developed a rating system that records transactions that could not have been completed due to the fault of one of the parties. Feedback score
Ratings determine the so-called feedback score that appears on the user’s profile page, next to the username. This is one of the most important statistical indicators on the user’s page.

Positive feedback rate
The positive feedback rate is also an important indicator if you want to get a picture of a user’s reliability and successful transactions.

Therefore, one of the most important goals you have to strive for as a user of Galeria Savaria is to close your transactions positively. The number of neutral and negative ratings and failed transactions not only generate uncertainty in the buyers, but also the system of Galeria Savaria may limit the status of users based on these ratings.
The restriction does not allow further registrations either.

Because honest and clear communication as well as transparency is important to our community, a feedback can only be modified or removed if it violates our feedback policies.

After the date of completion of the transaction, you have 21 days to report the transaction’s failure. This period may also serve as a reference for the seller and the buyer, indicating that before the expiry of the deadline, the duties related to the purchase and sale must be carried out. It is possible to leave feedback after 21 days, which, however, no longer affects the fee charged. Users have 90 days to leave feedback.
