What are the feedback guidelines?

We at Galeria Savaria believe in the freedom of expression and in honest and open communication. The basis of our community is trust, the fundamental element of which is honesty. Therefore, we ask you to submit reviews that are realistic, essential and useful to the community of Galeria Savaria.

We ask you to be objective when formulating your views on the user or the transaction, or your response to the feedback. A useful review based on facts helps other members of the Galeria Savaria community to form an opinion on the seller, the buyer, and to help decide if they want to do business with the user. In addition to this, constructive criticism also acts as valuable feedback to the rated party and can help with future transactions.
We condemn reviews that contain personal or offensive language and unproven facts.

Galeria Savaria does not intend to censor, modify, or remove feedback. During the transaction, sometimes it may happen that the partners have a negative opinion about each other. It is easy to see that in such cases, the operator of the page cannot be obliged to limit the freedom of expression of the buyers or sellers. The operator cannot investigate each review, so we would not like to participate in judging reviews either.
Despite this, there may be exceptional cases that force Galeria Savaria to exercise its right to remove, modify or censor feedback, including but not limited to the following cases:

- The review contains obscene or vulgar expressions
- It can be proven that the partner has given feedback to take revenge
- The reivew violates one or more articles of the Terms and Conditions of Galeria Savaria
- Further cases when Galeria Savaria may delete feedback

We reserve the right to permanently restrict the account of users who write fake feedback to deceive the system of Galeria Savaria or who formulate a personal insult in their feedback.
