How can I respond to negative or neutral feedback?

If you receive a disadvantageous review from your partner, try to find a solution to the problem, so that the transaction would end with positive feedback. Your partner has 60 days to correct their feedback to a positive rating.

You also have the opportunity to respond to negative or neutral feedback, thus you can comment on the transaction as well. The answer will appear directly on your profile page under the feedback of your partner, so the members of the community can get a comprehensive picture of what happened during the arrangement of the transaction.

To write a response, click on the Write a comment option within the Feedback menu, then select the negative or neutral feedback you would like to comment on.
The reply must not exceed 150 characters and must comply with the guidelines.

A good comment is not aimed at the opinion of the partner writing the feedback, but it clarifies to other members of the community why the transaction was not completed with positive feedback. Take this into account when writing your answer.
We regard sincerity and open communication as primary values of the community, therefore we only remove a review if it violates our feedback policies.

Once the seller or the buyer has shared their opinion about you, you have 30 days to respond to the feedback, after which, unfortunately, you cannot post your response.
