When does Galeria Savaria remove a review?

Galeria Savaria does not intend to modify, censor or remove a feedback, but there may be some exceptional cases where Galeria Savaria will exercise its right to modify or remove a feedback.

Requests for the deletion of submitted feedback can only be submitted in the following cases through customer support:

  • The transaction is settled and the user giving the feedback requests the deletion or change of the negative or neutral feedback
  • It can be proven that the partner has given the feedback to take revenge
  • The feedback contains obscene or vulgar expressions
  • The feedback contains contact information or any information related to it
  • The user has given feedback by mistake and would like to change it
  • The user left feedback to the wrong transaction
  • The user has only purchased to be able to submit negative or neutral feedback
  • The user does not give an opportunity to their partner to solve the problem
  • The user's feedback is violating the Terms & Conditions of Galeria Savaria
  • The feedback contains complaint that needs to be investigated, and the buyer hasn't contacted the seller, or the customer support in case of a failed complaint handling

Please note that Galeria Savaria removes feedback only in exceptional cases, so if you ask us to remove feedback, we may not be able to fulfill your request.

Whether Galeria Savaria deletes the feedback or not means inconvenience to one party or another. In case the result is not what you were expecting, we kindly ask you not to target Galeria Savaria with your frustration. Remember, we need to consider the other party’s point of view too, not just yours. Rest assured that our team strives to make the fairest decision based on the information at our disposal.

You can resolve your problem with the other party involved in the transaction. You may want to contact your partner and tell them that positive feedback is important to you. Ask them what you can do to have them change their feedback.
